OHIS Compliant cables of various lengths. Use to connect OHIS ports between adapters (such as HHI Radio Pro and HHI User Pro), consoles (such as HHI Contesting Console), or any other OHIS compliant device. Can also be used as a microphone cable on radios that use 8p8c modular, aka RJ45, connectors. Heck, you could even use it for Ethernet!
As stated in the OHIS standard document, this is just a conventional shielded Ethernet cable, stranded 26awg wire, with 8p8c modular / RJ-45 connectors on both ends. You can get similarly suitable cables elsewhere, or might even have some on-hand already. As long as they’re shielded twisted pair, it will work for OHIS.
We offer them for sale here as a convenience, and we make sure the cables we sell are good quality and meet all the requirements.
